Mental performance coaching is a structured approach in helping an athlete recognize their mental challenges and learn techniques to assist them in performing under the pressure of competition. Our mental coaching programs are designed to strengthen confidence, sharpen focus, and build resilience in athletes. Each mental game plan is tailored specifically to the athlete, based on their initial assessments. From there I will guide the athlete through the program, helping them identify their mental challenges and then assisting them in learning how to effectively navigate and overcome them.
The Gold Program gives you the benefit of working one-on-one with Andi in field sessions where you will learn to apply the mental skills discussed in your coaching sessions. Like any other skill, mental skills must also be practiced. These sessions allow you the opportunity to get mental repetitions in your physical practice to make the transfer to competition more fluid.
The Silver Program is our base program. Assessments are used to identify the athlete's mental challenges and based on this, a personalized game plan is created. Also included in the program are weekly coaching sessions, exclusive Mental Edge Workbooks used to learn and practice skills, and unlimited email communication with Andi for immediate questions and concerns.

Team seminars are designed to strengthen teamwork, build group cohesion, and improve communication. Seminars begin with a consultation with the coach captains to identify underlying challenges. From there, all team members complete a questionnaire to provide input and perspectives. The sessions are then tailored to help the team address its most pressing issues and work together more effectively.

From my years training with Andi I have learned a lot. She has obviously helped me get better as a player. She helps me with footwork, touches, passing, through balls, balls out of the air, pretty much all of the above, but she has also always been there for me. Not just physically but mentally. She always knows when I get frustrated and makes me take a break or just a breath to calm me down. She can tell when something is bothering me and helps me talk about what is on my mind. She has always been someone that I can rely on if I am feeling stressed or worried.
She has made my mental game for soccer so much better. I used to be very nervous on the ball and I would never take people on because I did not have enough confidence. She has made me face that problem and helped me be more confident on the ball. We did several drills just to fix it and we also talked about it. Andi has also given me constant encouragement and helped me believe in myself. She has shown me that I can do a lot more than what I think I can.
Andi has been such an incredible trainer for me over the past few years. She not only cares about me as a soccer player but also me as a person. I have been training with Andi for 7 years, in which she has coached me as a high school, college, and professional athlete in team, group, and individual settings. In each setting Andi has a way of coaching the person, not just the player; understanding what the athlete might need and when, when to push and when to give a break, when to stop and make a coaching point and when to let the athlete work through it. The timing and choices of all of this, paired with her ability to connect with her athletes as people, create a lasting mental impact that makes us stronger and more confident on and off the field.
We make a mistake? If it’s a funny one, laugh about it. If it’s a frustrating one that keeps persisting, let’s take a breath and talk through it to understand why it’s happening and how to fix it. Questions aren’t met with straight answers most of the time, they invite conversations. In doing this, Andi gives her athletes autonomy and onus in their training, while supporting them every step of the way. For me, this has allowed me to understand what I need, want, and like in training, and grow into someone that is confident in various different settings.
Andi helped me through some of the toughest times in my soccer career. She has the ability to keep you accountable, while not deterring you from making mistakes. She is willing to listen to your struggles that come outside of soccer to make you feel lighter in training. I always found that I played better when my confidence is higher and I know I can make mistakes and those not be the focus of my overall performance. Andi has helped these lessons come easier to me and guiding me to become the best player I can be.
I tend to get in my own head when things don’t go as planned. I struggle to move on and forget about my mistakes. Andi helps me shift my focus. Instead of getting stuck on what already happened, I work on improving my next rep and remembering that I am capable of making a better pass or shot the next time.
